The free three-day festival in downtown Norman is hitting a new milestone by starting the music-packed weekend with its first outdoor stage on Thursday night on April 26. Japanese Breakfast is headlining the Lyft showcase at the Opolis. Parquet Courts is headlining the Jack Daniel’s Gray Street Stage on Friday, April 27. Tune-Yards is capping the entire festival off with a show on the Fowler Auto Main Stage on Saturday, April 28.
“This bold step truly makes Norman Music Festival a full three-day festival in historic downtown Norman,” said Kent Johnson, the Norman Music Alliance Board President. “There are so many great bands eager to play our festival that this is an obvious step in our growth.
